The Pursuit of Happyness is an uplifting father-son relationship movie based on the true story of Chris Gardner, an eminent multi-millionaire American entrepreneur who struggled from the status of down-with-luck to luck-on-foot. Will Smith played a great father trying to protect himself as well as his preschool-aged son (played by Jaden Smith) from becoming roofless, while at the same time trying to work in the competitory field of stocks. Go ahead and watch this movie! You’ll laugh, you’ll cry, you’ll applaud and you’ll realize that why this movie deserves to be taken in by the masses.

Best known for its tremendous re-watch-ability, The Godfather is a historical story about the battle of a son (Al Pacino) to accept and finally live up to the bequest his father (Marlon Brando) has left him (doesn’t matter the bequest is honorable or diabolical). Before watching this movie, set up expectations that could never be met and chuck out the hype of greatest-movies-of-all-time. I’m damn sure, after finishing this movie, you’ll come to known why The Godfather is considered as a milestone in the history of movie making.

Originally made in Italian language, Life is Beautiful (La vita e bella) outshines its peers, emphasizing the fact that human spirit is above all else.
