I don't know about you, but when I was growing up I learned that if I went to school, entered a profession and then worked hard enough, eventually I would succeed-- that is, I would have enough money to live comfortably and securely. The reality, however, turned out to be quite different.
Like so many other people, I got caught in the trap of paid employment, and after working for decades as a professional, I found that I was neither comfortable nor secure. Worse, I had no time to enjoy myself.
The problem, I later realized, was that I was trading my time for money-- a system that just does not work in the long-run. Why? You only have so many hours in a day- your time is a limited resource and this, in turn, limits you.
The fact is, the only way to achieve real wealth and independence is to break out of this time for money trap. You must learn how to create systems that will make money for you and do not require your continuous participation. Once you learn how, and then design and perfect one system, it is easy to replicate it and/or create others. This is the multiple streams of income concept you likely have heard so much about.
I know-- but how?? Fortunately, with the internet, it has never been easier to create income. There are countless ways to make money on-line. One of the best ways to get started is in affiliate marketing, because you do not need either a product to sell or a web site. If you are not familiar with affiliate marketing, it is the Affiliate of advertising products for others at a substantial commission.
Affiliate marketing is just one way to create streams of income- there are countless others. Affiliate marketing just happened to be what I initially stumbled upon. Once you start to learn about on-line enterprises, a whole new world opens up to you, and before you know it you will have more ideas than you could ever pursue.
If you can capitalize on your interests and passions, you will be way ahead of the game. The trick is to just get started-- to take action toward your goals. You will find that any action you take will create momentum, and that one step leads to another. Over time you will look back and be amazed at your progress. Just start learning and you will be amazed at where you find yourself!
So the key to creating wealth and abundance is to start creating profit generating systems that will work for you 24 hours a day, seven days a week. If you can escape the time for money trap, you will have what you are looking for-- freedom, independence, and perhaps an enterprise that you can pass on to your kids
